Can we in fact prevent massive quarantines?

We have developed a completely anonymous system using web forms for registering entrances to a business or any other site
It is easy to divide the site into any number of sub-zones and register entries to them as well
In the event of a corona infection report the system sends instant alerts (via SMS) to anyone who was nearby
In the cases where sub-areas are used- the notice of proximity to a verified corona patient is focused only on the relevant sub-areas
In this method, the number of alerts and the need forisolation and testing is significantly reduced

Every business that signs up receives a unique identifier including sub-zone id’s. Every business has a QR code that directs to a simply web form for checking-in entrances and exits. The check-in is completely anonymous
Visitors in the business will be identified upon entry and exit by a unique anonymous ID. It is impossible to connect between entries of a visitor at different business as the system encrypts every check-in seperately

Train carriage example – If a positive case that checked-in at a “sub-zone” was identified in a specific carriage, only the people on that same carriage will go in quarantine instead of the current situation where all train passengers go in quarantine
Gym example – a positive case checked-in at a studio. Only people in that same studio will go in quarantine, not people who trained in a different space
